APEX Recycling collects the information you enter into the forms on this website. Depending on the form, that may include your name, business name, email address, phone number, site or business address, and the details of your enquiry, bin request, job application or trade account application.
Information is collected so that APEX can respond to your enquiry, quote and arrange services, assess a trade account application, or consider you for a role. Trade account applications include contacting the trade references you supply.
APEX will never ask you through this website for passwords, online banking credentials or payment card details. Identity documents and signed guarantees relating to a trade account are handled separately by email rather than through this website.
Form submissions are stored by our website platform and emailed to APEX Recycling. General enquiries and skip bin requests go to orders@apexrecycling.com.au. Trade account applications go to accounts@apexrecycling.com.au, a separate inbox, because they contain financial information. Submissions are accessible to authorised APEX staff for the purpose of responding to you.
